QUICK ASSEMBLY AND OPTIMIZED INSTALLATION

The frame is assembled from C-type profiles, custom-cut by order and easily assembled with screws. All parts are lightweight and easy to carry by assembly crews, minimizing installation time.

MINIMAL VOLUME AND TRANSPORTATION COST

The metal bars take up little space, reducing costs for transport to the project site.

MAXIMUM DURABILITY

The frame profiles are made of hot-dip galvanized steel post-production in compliance to EN ISO 1461:2009, according to the requirements of the project.

No cutting or punching on-site is necessary, thus assembly work is simplified and any danger of corrosion is avoided.

INSTALLATION ON ANY GROUND TYPE

Support structures made by ELVAN S.A. are designed for installation on profiles directly inserted into the ground. In cases where ground quality is unsuitable, the upper structure may also be installed on concrete piles or mecascrew foundation screws.

ADJUSTABILITY TO THE INSTALLATION

We offer single-pile support structures capable of supporting 2 photovoltaic panels in vertical configuration and up to 3 panels in horizontal configuration, and double-pile structures capable of supporting 3 panels in vertical configuration or up to 6 panels in horizontal configuration. Inclination angle range varies from 0o to 45o.

PHOTOVOLTAIC PANEL FIXATION

Panels are fixed onto the support structure using aluminum clamps. The system is designed to allow installation of any panel type, as no puncturing is necessary.

MAXIMIZED WEATHER RESISTANCE

Our products are designed to withstand wind and snow loads as defined by existing regulations for installation sites.
